Rules & Regulations

All of our users are expected to respect the following rules and regulations. We reserve the right to disable the accounts of those who choose not to.

Respect Our Drivers

Any inappropriate behaviour including violence, sexual misconduct, harassment, discrimination, or other illegal activity while interacting with our drivers will not be tolerated and will result in the immediate cancellation of your account. Harassment or other illegal activity will immediately be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

Your account may also be cancelled if you physically touch a driver, use abusive or threatening language or gestures, or invite/insist a driver enters your home. Drivers are required to remain outside of the customer’s doorway during delivery.

Must Be Of Legal Drinking Age

To place an order through our app, you must be of legal drinking age in the province in which you are placing your order. At the time of delivery, customers are required to provide identification that matches the information on the account used to create the account. In British Columbia, customers must show two pieces of ID upon delivery. One of those pieces must be a government issued identification card such as a driver’s licence with photo, name and birth date. The other piece must contain the person’s name along with a signature and/or photo. If a driver attempts to deliver and finds that the person who placed the order is underage, the product will be returned to the liquor store. The customer’s account that placed the order will still be charged the delivery fee as well as a $15 restocking fee.

Must Not Be Intoxicated

We are prohibited by law to serve alcohol to intoxicated persons. If a driver determines that a customer is intoxicated, they will have to return the product to the liquor store. The customer will still be charged the delivery fee as well as a restocking fee.

Must Be Available to Accept Order

If a driver attempts to make a delivery but the customer is unavailable to accept the order, it will be returned to the store. The customer will still be charged the delivery fee as well as a restocking fee.

ID Must Match Customer Information

Our driver will be required to match the ID of the customer who accepts the order to the name and birth date on the account that placed the order. If the customer whose account placed the order is unavailable to receive the order, it will have the be returned to the store. The customer will still be charged the delivery fee as well as a $15 restocking fee.

Delivery Locations

Deliveries can only be made to locations where liquor may be legally possessed or consumed. The consumption of alcohol in public places is generally forbidden, regardless of the time.

Delivery Times

Each province has their own laws concerning times that liquor is allowed to be delivered. Our delivery cut-off times, shown in the app, reflect these times and allow for time for the driver to drive to the store and make the delivery. Please plan ahead as we cannot change these times.

Prices Same As In-Store

All products listed are the same price as in the liquor store. Additional fees include a credit card processing fee and a delivery fee, which will be shown at time of checkout.

Signature Required

We are required by law to obtain the signature of our customers upon delivery of alcohol. A digital signature pad will be presented at time of delivery for customer to sign before the product is released to customer.
